2009-2014 | The rise of innovative expertise
In 2009, we launched Greenlogic with a clear ambition: to make environmental performance a lever for innovation. We quickly developed a project management assistance offering, and integrated thermal and acoustic engineering in 2010. In 2013, we added fluid engineering to our expertise, with an early adoption of BIM. Our cross-disciplinary approach has won us over, positioning us as a key player in sustainable building certification and engineering. This period was marked by awards, competitions and national recognition.

2014-2019 | Structuring and national outreach
In 2014, Greenlogic became Novacert, consolidating our position as a global player in engineering and certification. We strengthen our expertise with ecological engineering and biodiversity, alongside our technical divisions. In 2016, the creation of the AB NOVO group gives us a strategic foundation to support our growth. Effinature certification takes on national scope, leading to the founding ofIrice in 2018. We join circles of influence, contribute to regulatory developments and participate in leading working groups.
2019-2023 | Expanding and consolidating expertise
Buoyed by our dynamism, we are strengthening our presence and diversifying our activities. Our innovative solutions are being adopted by major market players. Irice has established itself as a benchmark in biodiversity certification, while our expertise in engineering and project management has become essential. We refine our strategy by focusing on performance, optimization and environmental impact, while continuing our commitment to institutions to structure the standards of tomorrow.
2023-2025 | ARKORIS: unifying a vision
Early 2024 marks a decisive transformation. We are consolidating our expertise under three strong brands: Arkemep, Akenor and Irice. But to reinforce our leadership and assert our identity, we take a new step in 2025 with the birth ofARKORIS. This strategic unification embodies our natural evolution: an organized structure, a clear vision and a recognized signature of excellence. Today, every project signed by ARKORIS is a benchmark, driven by innovation, mastery and anticipation of the sector's challenges.

Leadership
At the helm ofARKORIS, Cédric Plantaz is more than a leader: he is the architect of a profound transformation of the engineering and environmental certification sector.
An expert and a strategist
With a civil engineering background, he began his career in technical control and works management, before becoming Technical Director at CERQUAL. There, he supervised over 1,400 operations, while contributing to the development of HQE, BBC and Effinergie certifications .
A trainer and transmitter of knowledge
For many years, he taught at CESI, training engineers and managers in the issues of carbon footprint, acoustics, thermal engineering and overall cost. This expertise feeds his methodical, structured approach to projects.
A player in public policy
He has taken part in several national working groups, notably the Plan Bâtiment Durable, and has spoken at the French National Assembly to promote the integration of biodiversity in real estate .
A visionary entrepreneur
Since 2009, he has founded and structured several companies, building a unique integrated model combining engineering, project management, environmental performance and certification under a strong brand: ARKORIS. His leadership is based on one conviction: a high-performance project is a controlled project, where engineering, compliance and strategic vision are one and the same.
