Designed by KCAP and V2S Architectes, this program of 390 housing units and 6,500 m² of office space adopts a low-carbon approach integrating biodiversity and energy performance. Progressive delivery from 2027.

ARKORIS is supporting the Mona project in Pessac with its expertise in environmental certification. Designed by AR Architectes, this 3,500 m² office complex features sustainable construction and carefully integrated landscaping. Delivery scheduled for the first half of 2026.
