BIM & CAD Designer

ARKEMEP, the ARKORIS group's thermal, acoustic, fluid and electrical engineering office, works with clients to design, size and manage technical installations in buildings. We work on climatic, aeraulic, hydraulic and electrical systems, and on energy performance (RE2020). As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence branch, we are recruiting a BIM & CAD Designerwith proven skills in CFO/CFA and HVAC/Hydraulics.

Your mission: model, structure, coordinate

You will be responsible for producing drawings, diagrams and synoptic diagrams for technical building installations. You contribute to the modeling of projects in a BIM environment, ensuring graphic and technical consistency with all other trades.

Your main responsibilities

• Draw plans and diagrams: CFO/CFA, HVAC systems, hydraulic installations, ventilation, smoke extraction.
• Produce schematics and distribution diagrams, integrating technical requirements and complying with current standards.
• Modeling in REVIT and participating in BIM processes: ensuring the quality and compatibility of deliverables in the collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to inter-lot synthesis: ensure coordination with other disciplines (structural, acoustic, thermal, ecological).
• Participate in technical exchanges with project engineers and external partners.

Expected profile

• Minimum 2 years' higher education with specialization in electrical engineering, HVAC engineering or fluids.
• Proven experience in a design office or prime contractor, producing CFO/CFA and HVAC/Hydraulics drawings.
• Proficiency in REVIT and associated CAD/BIM tools.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems (high voltage, low voltage, SSI) and HVAC/hydraulics installations.
• Organization, rigor, ability to interface with several technical professions.
• Good interpersonal skills, stable posture in internal and external exchanges.
