To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a BREEAM Project LeadThe company's main objective is to develop and manage environmental certification processes for construction and renovation projects.
Your mission: to manage, support and guarantee
You will be responsible for implementing BREEAM and HQE Bâtiment Durable certifications for public and private clients. You will contribute to the operational integration of environmental requirements into projects and ensure the quality of deliverables within deadlines.

Your mission: to manage, support and guarantee
You will be responsible for implementing BREEAM and HQE Bâtiment Durable certifications for public and private clients. You will contribute to the operational integration of environmental requirements into projects and ensure the quality of deliverables within deadlines.
Your main responsibilities
- Steering certification processes: monitoring BREEAM and HQE BD projects, planning milestones, coordinating stakeholders.
- Supporting project owners and design teams: integrating certification criteria into technical and architectural choices, raising awareness among stakeholders.
- Evaluate the associated technical studies: compliance of thermal (RE2020), acoustic and structural aspects with reference requirements.
- Supervise audits and controls: organize compliance checks, participate in RPOs, follow up corrective actions until certification is obtained.
- Participate in project meetings: coordinate with architects, design offices, project managers and contractors, formalize arbitrations.
- Contribute to the capitalization of practices: feedback, consolidation of internal methods.
Expected profile
- Minimum 5 years' higher education in the fields of building, energy or the environment.
- Proven experience as a BREEAM Assessor, in a design office, control office or certification body.
- Sound knowledge of thermal engineering (RE2020), acoustics and environmental certification (NF HQE, BREEAM, Bâtiment Durable).
- Appreciated skills in building fluids and technical systems.
- Organized, rigorous, able to summarize.
- Good interpersonal skills, stable posture in project management and customer relations.
