As part of the development of our business, we are recruiting a Building Diagnostics LeadThe new team will be in charge of technical diagnostics and regulatory measurements for construction and renovation projects.

Your mission: measure, control, guarantee

You are responsible for carrying out building performance tests and for the technical follow-up of regulatory measurements. You ensure the quality, conformity and reliability of the diagnostics carried out, from the preparation phase through to the return of results to customers.

Your main responsibilities

  • Carry out building air permeability tests (infiltrometry - RE2020 and existing RT).
  • Acoustic measurements: interior, exterior, environmental.
  • Implement air-tightness measures for ventilation systems: check the performance of HVAC installations.
  • Carry out regulatory ventilation measurements: compliance of air flow rates with the RE2020 protocol.
  • Participate in sustainable worksite monitoring: control of environmental requirements, on-site surveys, contribution to operations quality procedures.
  • Formalize results and reports: clear drafting, traceability of controls, transmission of data to project teams and customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices: feedback, development of internal methodologies, regulatory monitoring.

Expected profile

  • Minimum 2 years' higher education in building, energy, acoustics or physical measurements.
  • Proven experience in technical diagnostics, regulatory testing, permeability measurements, acoustic measurements or ventilation.
  • Mastery of measurement equipment, knowledge of regulatory protocols (RE2020, NRA, air network measurements).
  • Rigor, method, ability to guarantee the reliability of measurements.
  • Good interpersonal and writing skills, ability to communicate with project management teams, prime contractors and contractors.
