Your mission: appraise, structure, guarantee

As aEcological Solutions LeadYou will be responsible for ecological assessments and environmental certification procedures for our customers. You will contribute to the operational integration of regulatory, technical and methodological requirements into projects. You help to secure biodiversity performance commitments.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze and anticipate: biodiversity studies, natural aspects of impact assessments, Natura 2000 impacts, ecological assessment.
  • Optimize and advise: support project owners and teams in integrating ecological, energy and environmental requirements.
  • Certify and guarantee: assist customers in obtaining Effinature labels and Biodiversity Performance Diagnostics (BPS), in direct liaison with IRICE.
  • Collaborate and structure: coordinate actions with architects, design offices, project managers and local authorities, to guarantee the technical robustness of projects.
  • Manage and monitor: organize assignments, ensure compliance with technical requirements, monitor quality and deadlines.

Expected profile

  • 5 years' higher education in ecology, environment, bioengineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in ecological studies, biodiversity diagnostics, environmental certification.
  • Good command of the French Environment Code, GIS tools and fauna-flora-habitat inventory methods.
  • Methodological rigor, ability to analyze and summarize.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with multiple contacts (project managers, engineering consultants, local authorities).
