Partnership Manager

The ARKORIS group brings together the expertise of ARKEMEP (energy and fluids engineering), ARKENOR (diagnostics, ecological assessments, environmental certification) and IRICE (independent third-party certifier). We work alongside project owners, design offices and local authorities to structure robust, regulatory and operational approaches in the fields of energy, the environment and biodiversity. As part of our development, we are recruiting a Partnership Managerresponsible for coordinating, structuring and developing the ARKORIS Group's network of technical, commercial and institutional partners.

Your mission: to lead, structure and secure partnerships

You are the internal contact for all matters relating to the Group's partnerships. You ensure the consistency of agreements, the quality of partnership relations and the development of business synergies between ARKEMEP, ARKENOR and IRICE.

Your main responsibilities

• Structuring the partner network: qualifying partners, setting up agreements, monitoring contracts, managing relationships.
• Ensure inter-structure coherence: coordination with operational teams to ensure alignment of partnerships with ARKEMEP, ARKENOR and IRICE offers.
• Supporting business development: identifying synergy opportunities, networking, co-leading targeted actions with approved partners.
• Monitoring partnership commitments and quality: regular assessment of cooperative ventures, formal assessment of results and areas for improvement.
• Manage partnership communications: contribute to the production of media, promote collaborations in line with the Group's positioning.
• Participate in strategic intelligence: identify key players in the sector, analyze market trends, contribute to the Group's outreach strategy.

Expected profile

• Minimum 3 years' higher education in business development, project management or engineering (energy, environment, construction).
• Proven experience in managing partner networks, coordinating sales or developing technical cooperation.
• Good knowledge of the real estate, environmental engineering and energy sectors.
• Rigor, method, ability to structure and follow through on commitments.
• Good interpersonal skills, stable posture in dealings with partners, sense of diplomacy and continuity in relationships.
