The ARKORIS group combines the expertise of ARKEMEP (energy and fluids engineering), ARKENOR (diagnostics, ecological assessments, environmental certification) and IRICE (independent third-party certifier). We support project owners in the technical, regulatory and environmental structuring of their construction and renovation projects. As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence branch, we are recruiting a Project Planning Manager. You play a central role in coordinating studies and controlling schedules, ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and contractual commitments are met.

Working directly with project owners, project managers and general management, you are in charge of planning operations. You contribute to the organizational stability of projects, visibility of workloads and management of priorities.

Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan: define deadlines, organize delivery schedules, adjust timing according to real estate operation milestones.
- Ensure customer relations in terms of planning: act as the main point of contact for project owners in monitoring schedules and organizing deliveries.
- Structure and anticipate: identify points of vigilance, anticipate resource requirements, raise workload alerts with management.
- Streamline internal coordination: interface between the Energy & Environment (ARKEMEP), Ecological Expertise & Certification (ARKENOR) and IRICE (independent certification) divisions.
- Monitor operational quality: help control risks related to deadlines and quality of deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings: represent schedule management on internal and external coordination committees, formalize decisions and arbitrations.
Expected profile
- 5 years' higher education in building, energy or the environment.
- Proven experience in project planning, project management, prime contracting or engineering.
- Appreciated technical skills in HVAC, hydraulics and electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of environmental certifications (NF Habitat HQE, BEE+, Bâtiment Durable, Quartier Durable).
- Organization, rigor, ability to structure and anticipate.
- Good interpersonal and writing skills, stable posture in customer and partner exchanges.
